MixMix User Agreement

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to MixMix. Before using this application, please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By creating an account or using this application, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the User-Generated Content Policy outlined in Section 5. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use MixMix.

2. Service Content

MixMix is a social entertainment application that provides the following features:

• AI-based chat for learning, entertainment, and lifestyle assistance;
• Live streaming and real-time video/voice interactions;
• Community features for sharing posts, images, and videos;
• Instant messaging between users;
• Virtual gifting and social engagement features.

3. User Registration

Users must register before using MixMix. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, true, and complete information during registration;
• Be responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of your information;
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others;
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

By using MixMix, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement;
• Not use this application for any illegal or improper activities;
• Respect the rights of other users and not infringe on the legitimate rights of others;
• Not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the application;
• Not use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the application without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content Policy

MixMix allows users to create and share content through community posts, comments, live streams, chat messages, and other interactive features. By accessing or using any of these features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this User-Generated Content Policy.

5.1 Content Standards

You agree that you will NOT post, upload, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or promotes sexual services;
• Promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or harm against any individual or group;
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party;
• Contains unsolicited advertising, spam, junk mail, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation;
• Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Contains software viruses, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
• Solicits personal information from other users for malicious purposes;
• Promotes illegal activities or provides instructions for committing illegal acts.

5.2 Content Moderation

MixMix reserves the right to review, filter, moderate, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, particularly content that violates this Agreement, our community guidelines, or applicable laws. Our content moderation measures include:

• Automated content filtering systems to detect and prevent objectionable content;
• Review of user reports within 24 hours of receipt;
• Removal of content that is determined to violate our policies;
• Taking action against users who violate our policies, including issuing warnings, temporarily suspending accounts, or permanently banning users who provide objectionable content;
• Reporting illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities when required.

5.3 Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, you can report it using the in-app reporting feature. Reporting options are available on:

• User profiles;
• Community posts and comments;
• Live stream rooms;
• Chat messages.

We take all reports seriously and will review reported content promptly. You will not be penalized for making good-faith reports.

5.4 Blocking Abusive Users

You have the ability to block other users at any time. When you block a user:

• The blocked user will no longer be able to send you messages;
• The blocked user's content will be hidden from your view;
• The blocked user will not be able to interact with you on the platform.

You can manage your blocked users list in your account settings.

5.5 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on MixMix. However, by posting content, you grant MixMix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the service.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

6.1 In-App Purchases

MixMix offers virtual items (such as virtual coins and VIP memberships) available for purchase through In-App Purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6.2 Virtual Currency Policy

• Virtual coins purchased through In-App Purchase are for use within MixMix only;
• Virtual coins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real currency by the purchasing user;
• Virtual coins may be used to send virtual gifts to streamers during live streams or to access premium features;
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and do not constitute property.

6.3 Streamer Commissions

Verified streamers may earn commissions based on virtual gifts they receive from users during live streams. Streamer commissions represent the streamer's share of revenue from the Platform's operations and are subject to the terms outlined in the Streamer Verification Agreement. Streamer commissions are separate from and not a direct conversion of users' In-App Purchases.

7. MixMix VIP Auto-Renewable Subscription

• Subscription Service: VIP auto-renewable subscriptions for 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months;
• Subscription Price: VIP weekly auto-renewable subscription is USD 9.99/week; VIP monthly auto-renewable subscription is USD 24.99/month; VIP quarterly auto-renewable subscription is USD 72.99/quarter;
• Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and payment, the charge will be billed to the iTunes / Google Play account;
• The Apple iTunes / Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Upon successful payment, the subscription will be renewed for another subscription period;
• Cancel Renewal: To cancel auto-renewal, please manually turn off auto-renewal in the iTunes / Apple ID / Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to MixMix and its original content (excluding user-generated content) belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of MixMix or its content without prior written authorization.

9. Privacy

Your use of MixMix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using MixMix, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time. If a user violates this Agreement, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant service changes.

11. Disclaimer

We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not assume responsibility for:

• Any interruptions or losses caused by system problems, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content;
• Any interactions or disputes between users;
• AI-generated content, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

12. Modification of the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Your continued use of MixMix after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In case of disputes, the parties should attempt to resolve them through good-faith consultation. If consultation fails, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts or arbitration as applicable.
