MixMix Streamer Verification Agreement

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Preface

Welcome to apply for streamer verification on MixMix. To regulate the verification process and define the rights and obligations of streamers, the Platform has established this Agreement. Please read and accept all terms before applying.

2. Definitions

"Platform" refers to MixMix and its related services; "Streamer" refers to an individual or organization that applies for and obtains verification on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

• Applicants must be individuals with full civil capacity or legally established organizations.
• The default age requirement is 18 years old or above.
• Applicants must provide true and accurate identity information and supporting documents.

4. Verification Process

• Complete the application form and submit identity documents (ID card, passport, or business license, etc.).
• If required, complete a live video verification session to confirm your identity against the submitted documents (see Section 7 for details on data handling).
• The Platform will review the application, typically within several business days.
• Upon approval, the applicant will be granted the status of "Verified Streamer" and enjoy related benefits.

5. Rights and Obligations

• The Platform has the right to review, suspend, or revoke verification, handle violations, and adjust verification or revenue policies with prior notice.
• Verified streamers enjoy priority exposure, event participation, and commercial collaboration opportunities according to Platform rules.
• Streamers must comply with community guidelines and applicable laws, avoid illegal, infringing, or obscene content, and update verification information promptly when required.
• Streamers must not engage in any activity that could harm the Platform's reputation, mislead users, or violate the rights of other users.

6. Revenue and Settlement

6.1 Revenue Source

Verified streamers may earn revenue through virtual gifts received from users during live streams. The commission represents the streamer's share of revenue from the Platform's operations.

6.2 Important Clarifications

• Virtual coins purchased by users through Apple In-App Purchase are non-refundable and cannot be converted back to real currency by the purchasing user under any circumstances.
• Streamer commissions are derived from the Platform's revenue share, not directly from users' In-App Purchases. The Platform receives revenue from its operations and distributes a portion to streamers based on the gifts they receive.
• Only verified streamers who have completed the identity verification process are eligible to receive and withdraw commissions.
• Regular users (non-streamers) cannot withdraw or convert virtual coins to real currency.

6.3 Settlement Terms

• Revenue distribution ratios between the Platform and streamers shall follow Platform rules as announced from time to time.
• Settlement cycles, minimum withdrawal amounts, applicable taxes, and available withdrawal methods are subject to the Platform's official announcements and policies.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

7.1 Identity Verification Data

To complete streamer verification, the Platform will collect necessary personal information, including:

• Identity documents (such as ID card, passport, or business license);
• Contact information and other details required for the application.

7.2 Facial Data Collection and Use

If live video verification is required as part of the verification process, the Platform may capture facial imagery solely to confirm your identity against the submitted documents. Specifically:

• What is collected: A photo or short video of your face captured during the live verification session, used to match against your submitted identity document photo.
• Purpose: Exclusively for identity verification — to confirm that the applicant is the same person shown in the submitted identity documents, preventing fraud and ensuring platform safety.
• Third-party processing: Facial imagery may be processed by the Platform's authorized identity verification service provider solely for performing the identity match. This provider is contractually required to delete the data after processing and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
• No other sharing: Facial data is not shared with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Storage and retention: Facial verification imagery is stored on secure servers with encryption. It is retained only for the period necessary to complete the verification review and is securely deleted within 30 days after the verification decision has been made.
• No other use: The Platform does not use facial data for profiling, advertising, emotion analysis, surveillance, or any purpose other than identity verification as described herein.

7.3 Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including any facial data, subject to applicable legal requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact us at mixmix2025@gmail.com.

7.4 Privacy Policy Reference

For complete details on how the Platform collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information (including facial data), please refer to the MixMix Privacy Policy, specifically Section 2.5 (Facial Data).

8. Violations

If a streamer violates this Agreement or Platform rules, the Platform may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue warnings;
• Restrict or suspend account functions;
• Withhold or forfeit pending commissions;
• Suspend or permanently cancel verification status;
• Pursue legal liability for serious violations.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates when:

• A streamer voluntarily cancels their verification;
• The Platform revokes the streamer's verification status;
• As otherwise required by law.

Termination does not affect the rights and obligations that arose prior to termination, including any pending revenue settlements and data handling obligations.

10. Representations and Warranties

The streamer guarantees that:

• All provided information is truthful, complete, and accurate;
• All content is free from third-party rights restrictions;
• For corporate accounts, proper authorization documents have been submitted;
• The streamer has the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform operates. Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the Platform's location or to arbitration as agreed.

12. Effective Date and Amendments

This Agreement takes effect upon publication. The Platform reserves the right to amend the Agreement based on operational needs. Significant changes will be communicated through official announcements or in-app notifications. Continued use of streamer features after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
